Personal Use Audio Download Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between World Tour Entertainment and the purchaser.

License Grant

The Buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased audio file for personal, private, and non-commercial purposes only.

Permitted Uses

The Buyer may:

• Download and store the audio file.

• Listen to and enjoy the audio file for personal use.

• Use the audio file in non-commercial personal projects.

Prohibited Uses

The Buyer may not:

• Use the audio file in any project that generates revenue, income, royalties, or other commercial benefit.

• Upload the audio file to streaming services for monetization.

• Sell, license, distribute, or share the audio file.

• Use the audio file in advertisements, commercial videos, products, or services.

• Claim ownership of the audio file.

• Modify and commercially exploit the audio file.

Copyright

All rights, title, and interest in the audio file remain the exclusive property of World Tour Entertainment.

No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using the audio file, the Buyer agrees to these terms.

Any use intended to generate revenue, monetization, distribution, or commercial benefit requires a separate written license agreement. Exclusive rights are available upon request and subject to availability.
